Evaluate students’ skills aligning with South Carolina Core Curriculum standards. Develop lessons to improve those skills for children Kindergarten through 8th Grade in Mathematics and Language Arts. Use manipulatives during instruction. Continually assess progress.

May 2017–December 2017 – Front Desk and Travel Assistant – AAA Carolinas, Charleston, SC

Provided route information for motor trips. Sold memberships, travel store merchandise, and financial products (credit cards, debit cards, and travelers checks). Booked rental cars and hotel rooms.  Left position to pursue a job more aligned with personal career goals.

June 2016 – February 2017:  Loan Officer Assistant – Movement Mortgage – Summerville, SC

Assisted loan officers in gathering and processing documents for submission to loan processing system. Worked with clients to educate them on the mortgage process so their loans would be meet underwriter requirements for closing.  Assisted loan officers in their marketing efforts through social media. Left position because loan officers decided to process their own documents to save commissions.

Assisted Benefitfocus in answering client questions during member benefits enrollment period.  4- month Contract position.

September 2012 – August 2015:  Clinical Informatics Business Data Analyst – Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton – Hamilton, NJ

Generated monthly analytical reports of resource utilization, quality indicators, and Ongoing Professional Performance Evaluation by extracting data from multiple systems including IBEX, and SCM into Crimson Clinical Advantage, SQL and EXCEL. Wrote instructions and trained physicians and their staff in the use of various applications.  Sessions were conducted in the classroom and at their offices. Performed Service Line and Physician Outreach Program marketing analysis using Crimson Market Analysis.  Created programing and presentations for quarterly Office Managers luncheons. Implemented marketing program and instructed patients how to access to their health records. Developed customized database to facilitate nursing research studies. Cultivated network marketing activities, technical planning and installation, training and customer support.  Managed staff and $3,000,000 budget.

Developed services to deliver clinical and billing information to increase physician referrals.  Selected, implemented, and trained hospital staff, physicians, and their office staff in the use of various billing, scheduling, and clinical systems.

Supervised design, writing, and production of technical operations manuals for data center of a securities brokerage firm.  Implemented workshops to train data processing staff in the use of mainframe and network management equipment.

Special Education Advocacy Council (SPEAC) Moorestown Township Public Schools

Instituted a program of advocate services to help parents identify and obtain appropriate services for their children in the proper educational setting.  Coordinated yearly conference attended by teachers and parents where multiple sessions were conducted.  Each conference had as many as 100 attendees.
